By using this site, you are bound by the following terms of service:
Any external material linked to by this site is not maintained by The Mr. Project ("MR") and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or views of MR or its members. If you abuse the features or resources provided by this site, MR may prevent you from accessing said features or resources for an indefinite period of time. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Impersonation of any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
- Access of, or tampering with non-public areas of the Site
The MR Store
By placing an order through our online store, you are subject to the following terms of service:
MR is not responsible for fulfilling your order under one or more of the following conditions:
- The shipping address lies outside of the bounds of North America
- The order does not strictly conform to what we are selling at the prices that we have set
Also strictly prohibited is the reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, reselling, or exploition of our products for any commercial purpose.
The Game Server
By joining our game server, you are bound by the following terms of service:
Playing in a MR server is a privilege, and MR reserves the right to revoke that privilege under one or more of the following conditions:
- The player is verbally abusive to an excessive degree
- The player intentionally disrupts game-play by betraying teammates
- The player switches to our team
- The player attempts to acquire points by killing off Mr HOST
Privacy
MR collects no personally identifiable information unless you willingly provide it, and will never share any information collected from you with third parties. In the event of a transfer of ownership of MR, we will provide notice before any personally identifiable information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be altered except in writing by MR. MR reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
